If your website doesn’t quickly tell your visitor in a compelling way why they should work with you instead of your competition then they will hit the back button and move on. 3- Driving Your Call to Action: One of the biggest mistakes designers make is to miss the point of the website all together. They get caught up in creating a pretty picture that does little to guide your visitor to actually take the action you want them to take. If your main goal is a phone call then what incentive’s are you providing your visitor to call? Same goes for filling out a form or making a purchase, these things cannot simply be left to chance.
