From a frustration of the amount of important decisions that where made on a gut feeling, Strat lab was born. With an understanding that it is a combination of strategy and analytical infrastructure that enables data driven decision making. By enabling both parts it is possible to truly understand what efforts it is that creates the desired results. We have had the chance to help mainly scale-ups and larger industrial companies, what they have in common is a complex customer journey with many different audiences.
