LESS+MORE was born in 2006. Founders Steve and Mike met as art directors in an ad agency where they learned how great work transforms organizations and changes culture. The agency was built on their shared work ethic and passion for helping great brands get results. We’re a team of designers, strategists, and writers with a shared passion — the work. We’re curious, hungry, and humble, and we don’t stop until the problem is solved. Everyone gets their hands dirty here, but this is the core team that leads the work, and makes sure it’s done well.
